Restart the NvoVPN app, try "Auto" mode or a different server, check your internet without VPN. If that doesn’t help — write to us on the left.

How to set up a router or TV?

In your account, open "Routers, Smart TV and other devices" and create a configuration — you’ll get a QR code and a .conf file for import.

How to get a refund?

Within 30 days of payment — submit a request with the subject "Payment and subscription" and we’ll refund to the original payment method.
