The app is no longer in the Russian App Store
On 22 September Apple removed the app from the Russian App Store at the regulator’s request, along with almost every other VPN app. What it means for you:
• if the app is already installed, it keeps working — your subscription and settings are unchanged;
• to install it again, use an Apple ID from another country (Kazakhstan or Armenia, for example) — such an account is free to create;
• Android, Windows and macOS are unaffected, with the same account and subscription.

1 · Install AmneziaVPN
A free app from the App Store. No account needed in it — it simply brings up the tunnel using our config.
Open in App Store →2 · Get the config in your account
Account → “Stealth mode”: there you will find a QR code and an import link. Need a .conf file — see the “Manual setup” tab.
Open “Stealth mode” →3 · Scan and connect
In AmneziaVPN tap + → “Scan QR code” → point the camera at your account screen → “Connect”. iOS will ask to allow adding a VPN configuration — accept.

1 · Install the client
AmneziaWG resists blocking better than plain WireGuard:

Account → “Devices” → “Manual setup” → download the .conf file
Open account →3 · Bring up the tunnel
